"Gigachad" is the name given to a man featured in a series of images created by Krista Sudmalis as part of her Sleek'N'Tears project.
These images are very well known and went viral as an image representing a show of strength or corageous rejection of the norm. The man in the photo is not real - Krista manipulated the appearance of one of her models to create his face. Whether or not he was real
was largely debated online, and Krista played into this by creating an account for the character on instagram where he appeared in many
alternative photos as a real human being. This iconic piece joined the BIC DAO’s collection on May 6, 2022, following a purchase of 20 ETH.
